I keep seeing posts from people who say the whole Ice/nature thing doesn't make sense. Here, I've presented a visual aid to prove that nature, ice, and bears all do actually go together:

Believe it or not, ice and frost aren't automatically death magic. Ice pretty much defines one of four seasons in nature. Lots of plants and animals even thrive in it. I know a lot of you are disappointed we didn't get necromancers, but you're just going to have to get over it.

But this is Solstheim, not Vvardenfell...

This. Wardens have nothing to do with morrowind other than having access to netches and cliff racers.

Just because they're being released with the morrowind expansion doesn't mean they're all natives to Vvardenfell

Warden isn't even released yet and people already bashing it? Damn.

Haha yeah, you seen the 1000+ comment deep thread regarding a cell phone snap shot of a change to regen in the champion system..? ;-)

... My only real issue with what I've heard of the class, is them sounding overly Morrowind-themed for a "nature" class which honestly sounds more like a breton/nord/wood elf kind of thing to begin with.

I mean... They seem to be trying to spread the skydemons all across Tamriel... Forget everything else, THAT is more then likely why the history books don't record what happened in the war.

Hell... Perhaps they are also responsible for Skyrim's skeever somehow spreading all across Tamriel displacing their cousins the giant rat.

"Guardians of Nature" my foot. These guys are walking ecological disasters! :|

Because of complains, warden nature ultimate is changed to summon beer.
An group buff like war horn, not so strong but longer duration.
Beer and cold fits together as cold beer.
99 out of 100 Nords see this as an good change.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

That's not *ENTIRELY* (edit) true. The black, brown and grizzly bears slow down and deep sleep a lot, but they don't really go full hibernation like other animals.

Lol I could see Nord's being some sort of drunken beerbender wizards that attack with various forms of alcohol. Mostly mead.

Druids in rpgs have always been able to control some form of the nature elements so ice is not much of a stretch, usually it is lightning and snow anyways.

Yes the class itself has a cool theme and I'm sure it will be fun to play, but it is a bit strange because it would appear to have nothing to do with Morrowind. Maybe the result will surprise us with some kind of interesting background for this class.
