ZOS can u change this skill, if i already pressed it once for the proc, why do i need to press it again to apply the buff. I'm not 100% sure, but i think this is the only skill that requires doing so. Most of the time i don't even proc, cause it just messes up my rotation. Please consider changing this to apply the buff again if u proc the bow.
