Jester Quest Dazzler Mail Possible Bug

Server and platform: Europe, PC server.
What happend: I received some dazzlers from someone through the mailing system. I took them and deleted the empty mail, upon opening my inventory to use the dazzlers, I could not find them anywhere.
Character Name: Kittie Dald
Location: Mournhold, Deshaan. Near the Mournhold Wayshrine.
Time: Around 09:00~09:15 PM GMT+1
Doing prior to problem: Just ported to Mournhold Wayshrine, figured I had mail and opened this, nothing much before that.
Items: Unknown amount of purple dazzlers and not sure if white or other color dazzlers. Sorry, wasn't paying attention to the details. Just know that it were 2 different items, 1 was a few purple dazzlers and the other not sure what color the other dazzlers were. All together the items were 15-20 pieces max total.
Things I tried after discovering I could not find the dazzlers in my inventory:- Relogging (same character).
- Closed the game and restarted it from scratch, (same character).
- Re-checking inventory 5x to make sure I didn't overlook them.
- Use an add-on to search for the letters "daz" to see if they'd show up.
- Ask a guildie to link the white dazzlers and purple dazzlers to see if I had any in my inventory (0 in bank, 0 in inventory).
