Why do I find Jesters scarier than Daedra?

I've been to the darkest depths of the Deadlands, Coldharbour and Apocrypha but nothing scares me more than a dancing/galloping Jester.

What do you find scarier?

    I chose other. Clowns, straight up clowns terrify me and always have.

    because after morrowind all es games directors destroyed the image and persona of the deadra and the world of nirn.
    everything worked as good untill they made oblivion.

    Okay im glad quite a few people agree with me.

    Seeing grown argonian adults not only in a jester outfit but genuinely taking on the personality is scarier than molag bal telling me the skins of those I love will fly as his banners

    Daedra are cool. Jesters/clowns are not scary. Spiders and aliens freak me out though. And owls, because of that one alien movie that the people were dreaming of owls but they were actually ALIENS! Ugh.
