Magblade Skyreach Carry Build

I am going to help some people grind up ults this week. Does anyone have suggestions for a gear setup for a maxcp magblade that can carry people to skyreach the fastest. Its already real fast because magblades have great ulti regen but I am looking to further optimize it. I was thinking Withered Hand, Willpower and Bloodspawn for a good combo of sustain, ulti regen and max spell power. I looked at dragon guard but thats heavy armor. Tavas requires dodge chance and I am not sure if thats worth slotting. Maybe one of the sets that boost fire damage or destro staff abilities?

Yah I know and agree. Still if I can shave off 20-30 secs with some easy gear changes then thats worth it. Just looking to optimize. Reading through the ultimate regen sets I realize that non of those sets will make much difference when compared to the ultigen coming from harvest soul. I think maybe spider cultist is a good option to further boost the destro ulti

I use 2x grothdar + 5 julianos (chest boots legs and two swords sharp) and 5 BSW (two ring and a neck) a random staff in backbar I can carry anyone in skyreach with this setup

I was using regular PvE gear on my magblade while helping friends grind Skyreach (bsw + groth). On bars I was using refreshing path, blockade of fire, sap essence, harness magicka and eye of flame.
