pre order morrowind? Help!

This is first time I'm going to pre order something and I actually want to pre order, Morrowind Digital Collector's Edition. What happens when I pre order it?
Or is it possible to buy it after it comes out?

When morrowind comes, your game will update. After the update, you have access to the dlc contents.

When I pre-ordered it via PlayStation Store, I got a ESO Morrowind theme for my PS4.
