Skill point reset, skills not morphing

Happened a couple times on several of my characters. I reset my skill points but a couple skills that had been morphed ages ago are back to the original skill with no option to morph it. The level is random too. Sometimes it's reset all the way back to Level I but sometimes it's at Level III and like halfway though the level. Very random and kind of frustrating. I assume no way to fix the issue?

It happened when they changed the order you unlock skills.
As soon as you level that skill back to morph level it will be where you had it

Some skill lines were recently reorganized and if a skill that was obtained earlier in the leveling of the line has been moved to a later spot it will not be fully leveled regardless of how much the skill was used before.

Those skills need to be releved to the morph point again, however, in my experience once it is morphed it is full level probably because the morph received plenty of XP but the unmorphed version only received minimal xp before being morphed.

If this is the case for the issue you have then it will not be fixed. The change is intended and the affects are well known. Just level the skills and be done with it.

Yes.. just annoying, at the worst, having to level up those skills back to morph again. Really nothing so bad to complain about, though.. just cursing at the developer in silence will suffice.

I had this happen to me. It has to do with changing the amount of XP needed to raise the skill. However, once I morphed it, it filled in the XP to full on the morph's IV level.
