upper craglorn cave delver bug

For a long time now i have an achievement bug. I have cleared loth'na caverns about 100 times. The first time i got the single achievement for clearing the cave. Its white on the map too. But it didnt count for the upper craglorn cave delver! The annoying thing is that its the last exploration achievement i need . After every update i kille the boss again , but no change and mailed several support tickets with always the same high ticket volume BS answer! So please fix tings instead of adding new money making stuff that makes the gameplay worse . PVP is still a nightmare with loadingscreens etc and those things are now common in PVE too.
