Jester's Festival - Jester King Emeric Never Finishes His Dazzlers

I have completed Jester King Emeric's task a few times now and he doesn't finish his dazzlers. He just walks over to the table, says "voila", and stands there permanently. He can't be interacted with and relogging or /reloadui do nothing. Leaving the area and returning puts him back where he was and he can be talked to, but the only option is to ask him the real story of the Jester's Festival. I've tried abandoning the quest and redoing it, but it goes the same way every time. All results end with the quest being unable to be finished. I have only tried on one character so far, but I doubt it will be different for my other characters. It's a bit of a pain to have to go to the two separate delves and gather dust so many times in one day...
If it matters, I'm AD so I started with Jester Queen Arienne and Jester King Emeric is second out of the 3. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
EDIT: After turning off all my add-ons, I was able to complete that stage of the quest. I don't know if that was the cause or if it was just a coincidence, but if anyone else has this issue, you might try turning off any add-ons you have.
