They are daily quests so you can do each quest once per day on every character -

Seriously you have 2 weeks, there isnt near the stuff that the other festivals had so it should be a non issue. Why would everyone not be able to get all the items? I've already seen the items for sale in zone chat, so even if you were seriously unlucky over the next 2 weeks, you could just buy them.
Will never understand the mindset of some people. Complaining because you didn't get everything in one run, good God man. 3 quest per day x 13 days, 39 chances total to get 6 items per character. 8 characters 312 chances, quit crying and start trying. -
