Where are jester furnishing plans?

Are the new jester furnishing plans/items lootable or only available through the jester box from the dailies?

The patch notes list two types of trees and a jester standard which are available only from dailies.

If I read the event correctly, the dailies award an achievement that allows you to purchase these from the achievement furnishing vendors in capital cities. I believe these furnishing items are bound on purchase...if that's the case they won't be available in guild stores.
