Initial load screen notification

Why is it that when a event occurs the initial load screen does not mention it until it has nearly finished
.eg hews bane double event arrived on screen week after it arrived. Players only found out by word of mouth

Now we have the joker festival started today but nothing on the announcement screen or even on crown store popup


How are players to be informed if there is a delayed notification. How do the players that are not in guilds aware of such events


Please zos get ahead and not behind on each event there should be a notification prior to the event not after it has stated or about to Finnish

I am aware as I am on this forum but what about those who are not ?
