Severe FPS drop when using Target Dummy

I am on PC-NA. I am attempting to use my Target Dummy to test my DPS parse at my house, Autumn's Gate. I am using an Xbox Controller and HUD with a few add-ons. My frame rate is fine, until the second I engage the target dummy in combat, and my frames immediately drop to 15FPS and don't come back until the second the dummy is dead, at which time they immediately return to a stable 60FPS. This occurs both inside the house and in the front yard. How can I use my target dummy at this house to get an effective parse without dropping frames drastically.

Thanks,
Forseti

This is old, but I experienced the same problem last night.

Turned off harvestmap (all of it) and framerate went from 0 in combat with the dummy to 80fps.

My wife complains that I never listen to her. (Or something like that.)

    My ESO addons:
Midnight - Find out when midnight is so that you can check for ww/vamp spawn.
Goto - Adds a tab to the map pane allowing you to teleport to a friend, guildmate, or groupmate for free.
