Constant disconnects

Am on PC, connecting to PC NA server. Came back with Homestead launch and other than known, specific maintenance errors that happened recently - I've been able to login and play just fine. 3, 4, even 5+ hour sessions - no disconnects.

But after last maintenance, I have been plagued with constant disconnects. I login just fine, initially. Load char just fine. Play for few minutes to ~30 min at most and disconnect to either char screen, or new login screen. In short - I can login just fine, no issues there. Near 100% login access. But just can't stay connected.

Tried 32bit, 64 bit clients. All the standard responses - deleting the host.developer log files, renaming launcher ProgramData, run repair, start game with normal steam launcher, start game with eso64.exe direct and skip launcher, etc. No avail. Just about ready to cancel ESO+, not because I want to - but just can't play the game.

Tried running traceroutes and oddly, can run a full path to Euro server, but to NA server which is what I play on - doing traceroute to 198.20.198.110 NA server gives timeout - but clearly it's not truly blocked because I can login via launcher or direct eso64.exe client. This is my trace to NA server - always shows timeout at #13 12.122.138.25 - but it's not really timing out as I am able to login just fine. Maybe return packets are blocked because of some DDOS security issue given the recent troubles?

**Note - I ran trace to Euro server because I am able to play and stay connected just fine to Euro server. Not as smooth latency because of the distance, but solid connection staying online. So this is just a PC NA server issue. I had created a new char on Euro couple weeks ago when we had the PC NA server down debacle, so tried it out and zero staying connected issue.

Without ability to stay connected to PC NA for more than few minutes to ~30 minutes at best, it makes any dungeon group impossible, and of course no trials. I'm left doing solo quests in bursts of minutes at a time before disconnected, log back in, rinse and repeat.

Normally not an world-is-ending or wow is me type of person but pretty much at a loss why ZOS can't seem to maintain solid uptime to their service.

I fixed my constant disconnect problem by getting rid of my 6 month old $180 Linksys router and the dsl modem and moving to an all in 1 router/modem from my ISP. It turns out the Ethernet Port on the Linksys went bad and wasn't giving me a solid LAN connection. The green light would flicker, when it should have been solid. Took me a month of fiddling with my computer till I looked at the Linksys. Wouldn't be a problem except ESO needs an always on connection.

Now this doesn't fix the problem were I get dropped to log in screen after teleporting/wayshrining and having a bad handshake with the server and my ping spikes to 10k.

btw, I did all the things you did, I'd discounted the router/modem cause they were "new".
