Bosmer nightblade PVE?

Hey everyone I'm new to the forums, I want to ask if Bosmer is any good for PVE, if not what is the best race for nightblade in PvE?

i use khajiit stamblade with vigor (i hate pvp but it was worth grabbing for heal) Other then that i have little to no issue killing in pve.

For me, my Bosmer Nightblades are the easiest to play.

That said, Bosmer and Khajiit are pretty similar but for someone without CPs to dump into stamina regen I think Bosmer is likely a bit easier to play for a first character due to their racial regen but it's not a night/day thing.

Use Dual Wield, take Flurry, Morph to Bloodthirst and health rarely becomes an issue; DPS will be a bit lower but frankly for leveling you'll be hard to notice and once you get other healing skills then you can respec to min/max DPS is you like.
