Okay, so today I've have seen various threads about how people make money so it got me thinking maybe we need a discussion where people can just come and find out how some people end up with 20mil?! Ill start with a few of the ones that everyone should know!

1. Stealing
Now, this one you can gain a lot of profit from if you pray to RNGesus. I can easily make 20k a day from just selling greens and blues with the occasional purple. If your lucky like me you may event get 2 Imperial Motif books!!

2. Sell Everything
This one is more an overtime money-maker! this involves selling all the whites and junk you get from dungeons! even a crappy sword with a trait can nab you 300g on a trader!

3. Motifs
Now this is my favourite, I made my first 3 mil doing this! Basically everyday do the Fighters, Mages and Undaunted Dailies! These can get you draugr motifs which are worth a lot! if you save up the motif until you have them all you can make 600k in one transaction!!

Writs
It requires a serious investment in leveling your crafts and sinking skill points into them, but once that is complete you can reliably get 4K per day for minutes of work. Plus you receive other items that can be sold if you're not interested (such as Glass fragments, Psijic fragments, and Master Writs).

One easy way I've found to increase earnings is to simply pick everything up. I know plenty of people who will nit pick what they want.

Even if they don't want that trash piece of gear, it is worth deconstructing or even selling to the merchant for gold. Most cp 160 items go for 75-150 gold to a vendor (meaning guaranteed cash) even when not ornate.

When Homestead was released I maked money by buying writs for 1-2k/voucher and selling for 4-5k/voucher.

Doing writs daily on my 8 characters I get 225k gold per week not including all the gold mats that I could sell

Buy low and sell high. All other methods produce little in comparison. You have to have a decent amount of gold to properly do this but you can make huge profits by just going trader to trader.

If I spend a couple hours shopping I can easily make a couple hundred thousand. Of course this requires a little luck in finding the deals. But you learn over time how to search for things and what moves quickly.

That's how I profit. From farming people like you. Takes 87k health to survive my gank oneshot. (Hit someone for just over 86k the other day)

It's very one trick pony. Plague doctor and imperial physique carrying 10k tel var. stack health to 80k onslaught scales from max stat. All cp into mighty and crit damage. Nightblade in stealth = goodbye.

Motifs are a great way to make coin especially the new ones or when they first come out. Price them reasonably and they will sell for alir

run the public dungeons (not the Undaunted ones, there are all the items bound on pickup) and sell the set items (impen and divines for armor, sharpened for damage weapons, defending for resto staffs), they are not bound and depending on the sets, you can make lot of money by selling them in guild store

Go container farming. Find a place with lots of urns, backpacks , baskets or furniture and loot them all. Where I find furniture plans , recipes and decorative wax. Easy to do and no limit on how many of the things you can get in a day as this stuff is not stolen.
