Twice Born Star request

The Twice born star set needs to save what mundus stones you had on it after switching to a different gear set and back. The main reason for this for me is that i use training gear for grinding while searching activity finder for daily pledges and random dungeons. When I get into a group I then change my gear however the twice born star set I use the most for PVE dungeons only has one mundus stone effect attached to it, not giving me the opportunity to go to the shadow mundus stone before entering the dungeon. Does anyone else have this problem and find it annoying? Would be great if ZOS could change this.

That's just laziness. Of zos laid a finger on tbs expect a nerf.

It sucks but it is the price you pay to swap gear, IMO.

Having two Mundus stones is huge. It wouldn't be fair to be in Cyrodiil and have the ability to swap armor with such advantages.

It's not laziness, I cant physically get to the mundus stone in time to accept the group dungeon. Dungeon finder takes so long, if it was fast I'd just equip TBS and wait but it can take over 2 hours.

Would it make more sense to grab the Mundus Stones before you enter group finder?

I think @Ep1kMalware meant laziness from ZOS.

And yes I agree 200% with you, this 2nd mundus issue and the impossibility to swap gear without losing it is the one and only reason I've never ever used TBS (no matter how BiS it is) and will never ever use it - unless this issue changes.

It is lazyness. But since we're on the lazytrain: @zos can I want to que for dungeons while I grind vma. I want to be lazy and not have to stop 1 activity before starting another.

You dont understand, Group finder takes hours right. So i enter group finder then go grinding CP with training gear on to gain more xp. The group finder finally finds a group then if i switch back to TBS i only have 1 mundus stone. Like i said, i would put on TBS and wait if group finder didn't take hours but i don't want to be sat around not gaining xp with the 2 precious hours a day i have with this game. I could grind with TBS but it takes so much longer to gain even 1 cp.

You can queue for dungeons while doing VMA...

If it gives you any relief, tbs isn'y bis anymore due to how hard zenimax hit crit damage with the nerf hammer last patch. It's now tfs/spriggans for stamina and scathing mage/bsw for magicka.

It takes hours depending on time of day and what your group role is.

Besides complaining about something that can't be changed, it seems like you're just too impatient.

Either change your role, or don't bother waiting for a dungeon to begin with. If you know it takes too long then why bother wasting your time when the outcome in inevitably the same each time?

Focus on grinding CP instead. You don't need to wait for that.

I want them shoulder pieces from pledges and xp from daily... It's not really too much to ask to have it save your mundus stones. OR it could give you 3 or so gear set slots so you don't have to manually change your gear or the time but that really is wish full thinking.

Here's another solution, don't use TBS. Use another set that can be used for all sorts of tasks and.

It's not just unequiping/gear swapping that causes you to lose the second mundus, it happens just when I log out as well and when I come back into the game my second mundus is gone....... This is very annoying. It makes this set pretty much useless in my book, I really wish it would get fixed.

Is ur tbs set including weapons? Some1 posted a while back about that happening when tbs included weapons.

Naw it only includes Head, Shoulders, Chest, Waist, and Feet.

Really? Odd, Ive had 2 different characters this happens to and I dont gear swap, its my main gear for them.... Can I ask what pieces you have set as TBS? Mine are head, chest, shoulders, waist and feet. Thank you.

No. twice there have been bugs where players could get the second mundus and remove TBS (through specific mean) and retain both mundus.

With that there is every reason the second mundus should not be saved and every means to ensure the second mundus is dropped should me employed.

Above poster is right, craft TBS training gear using same pieces with training trait. The set will drop your second mundus the instant you are wearing less than 5 pieces at once. Example: 3 armor pieces and 2 weapons, swap to back bar- drop 2nd mundus. TBS is pretty good still, especially for crafted gear. Unfortunately dungeon sets have lapped anything that can be made, which is highly annoying for master Crafters.

Make sure you always have 5 pieces of TBS on at once and you won't lose your second mundus. If you swap a set piece for another set piece with a different trait, you'll be fine.

So we just leave the set as a write-off because some people exploit a bug that can occur due to the Devs inefficiencies?

TBS is useless now anyways.

Burning spell weave is BIS for any magic Build

And for stamina they get way more damage from Hundings+Vicious ophidian now with the nerfs to critical damage and damage modifiers

there is literally no reason for TBS now
