Optimized CP allocation for bomb blade?

Anyone know what the most min/max cp for a magicka night blade bomb build? I've tested many different variations but can't seem to agree on one that hits the hardest. What should I be investing all my points into and what I should not put points into? I have all legendary spinner/vicious death (gold vd jewelry) along with every weight of two piece monster set gold as well. Currently I run 5x spinner 5xvd 2x grotharr, All impen with Thief mundus.
