How to get "Messages Across Tamriel"

I'm EP and just finished the Bangkorai main story quest line...Now wondering what do I have to do to get this quest?
Playing on PS4 NA server and current characters are CP 750

Lvl 50 EP High Elf Magsorc PvP (outdated)
Lvl 50 EP Wood Elf Nightblade (Currently my crafter)
Lvl 50 EP High Elf Magplar PvP (outdated healbot)
Lvl 50 EP Redguard Stam DK PvE (updating)
Lvl 50 EP Dark Elf Mag DK PvP

All my builds are outdated...I quit for a year lmao

    Have you tried going to your own alliance cities? I've only done the main quest pre-One Tamriel, where every 5 levels the prophet would send something or someone to fetch me when I went into a city. Try travelling to Mournhold.

    You need to either do the last quest in the Rift, or do the main quest.

    As an EP player, completing the DC storyline will not give you Messages Across Tamriel. You need to complete the EP storyline in the Rift, or complete the Main Quest up to Council of the Five Companions.

    There are 3 versions of this quest:

    I think you can only do "one" of this quests. And it is dictated by your character's alliance/faction.
    (So if for example your character is in EP - you will receive EP quest).

    Iirc you have to be level 50 as well

    No, Messages has never had a hard level restriction. Before One Tamriel, it had a minimum scaling level of 43, and a soft level restriction of 45 from the Main Quest side, but completing the final quest on the Alliance Story side would give you Messages at any level.
