Thieves Guild Tip Board Randomness is Broken

Every character I have below level 50 gets the exact same "The Covetous Countess" quest from the Tip Board in the Thieves Den of Abah's Landing in Hew's Bane. They get sent to Elden Root to deliver "ritual objects and oddities" and nothing else, ever. That makes it really hard to get enough items to finish that multiple times and all the other laundered items are vendor trash instead of being helpful for the quest.
My champion character gets mostly sent to the Baandari Tradepost to deliver "drinkware, utensils and dishes", but at least they get others enough to not make it hard to collect enough to keep repeating the repeatable.
I did notice the lockbox quest now sends you all over Tamriel to other alliance areas for my character that is in champion levels, but the covetous countess one sticks to the alliance you signed up for during character creation for some reason.
These quests from the Tip Board have no consistency and the Covetous Countess one seems completely broken for characters below level 50.
Can we get a fix please so it is actually random where it sends you, hopefully all over the world, and what it asks for?

ekaw✭I have the EXACT SAME ISSUE !!! Although I don't have any level 50 toons to confirm that part of it, my thief ALWAYS gets the 'Ritual Objects & Oddities' requirement for this quest. Always. I've completed it, Abandoned it, etc many, many times. Always wants the 'Ritual Objects & Oddities'.
Additionally... after open dozens, maybe hundreds of Large Laundered shipments (mostly from 'Crime Spree') I've noticed I have NEVER GOTTEN 'Ritual Objects & Oddities'. NOT ONCE. I get every other item on the known completion list or this quest (and keep them hoping it'll get fixed) but NEVER 'Ritual Objects & Oddities'.
Bugged.

Well, I always got only pickpocket missions, ALWAYS. Thould it was only one mission there, hmm0 -
