How can i raise my dps to pull 30k at least (punctuation Is not existent)

I need advice on what im doing wrong. im not good at deciding what sets to use as im only doing 18k to 20k dps. im wearing 5 hunding medium 4 nightmothers gaze all armour devines 2 penetration swords all purple all gold stam glyphs 3 purple agility jewelry with gold weapon damage glyphs and a nightmothers gaze bow with poison precise.

Cannot speak for stamblad3 but I can detail my stamplar for you, maybe it'' help. I'm pulling 31k solitary buffs atm, 35k with puncture. And that's with 3 utility skills on my bar.

Gear:
3x vicious ophidian
3x vma weapons, only 1 sharpemed
5x spriggans
2x kra'gh

Thief mundus

Cp is:
100 mighty
48 thaumaturge
50 precise strikes
2 peircing


Dw bar:
Blood craze
Restoring focus
Trap beast
Flurry
Biting jabs
Rend

Bow bar:
Endless hail
Repentence
Vigor
Poison arrow
caltrops
Dawnbreaker

My rotation is like:

I open up with a caltrops/hail/poison arrow, bar cancel amd pop my potion. Then I flurry/trapbeat/flurry/bloodcraze/ jabs weave 2 times/flurry/barswap and start over.

If I need to apply caltrops or ultimate I only jab once. If I slotted more dps skills I could push a little higher, r if I got off my butt and got more sharp vma weapons I'd score a bit higher. But tbfh 31k no tank and 35k with tank applying puncture and solid survivability is pretty good imo.

Use daggers, not swords. Make them gold. Weapon Damage enchant on one, Disease/Poison on the other.

Use 5 NMG and 4 Hunding's rather than the other way 'round.

Use The Thief mundus.

Your bow should be Sharpened. Put a Crushing enchant on it.

Make sure you've got Major Brutality and Major Savagery up 100% of the time.

Make sure your DoTs are up 100% of the time (especially Endless Hail, Poison Injection, and Rearming Trap).

Make sure you are getting a 90-100% hit rate on your Light Attack weave (no reason to miss on the target skeleton).

Practice, practice, practice. It's all about the rotation.

It will come done to your rotation.

That said, sounds like your swords are purple? Making them gold will get you around 200 more weapons damage, which will help a bit.

I will train but id I'd like to get suitable gear 1st bis needs good gear to grind for them

Fair enough.
Remember bis gear might get you the last extra bit of damage, but your game skill and rotation will have the biggest impact.

Better off with 5 NMG, TFS or Spriggan's. TBS is so last patch.

This. Right. Here. I was getting 25 to 27k scores, changed out my maelstrom staff to just a random crafted sharpened staff that I made gold, and put a crushers enchant on it. Found a good rotation online and been practicing it. First picture was before I learned this new rotation. The second one was after.

Make sure you don't apply any dots to early or to late. Get better at weaving. If you do those 2 things you will see a pretty big increase in dps.

For starters Gold out your weapons. There is a nice boost to weapon damage going from purple to gold, bigger boost than from blue to purple.

Below is a stamplar builds to check out. There are variations that work well. Practice on a target dummy until you can deliver it smoothly.

Check out tamrielfoundry.com Look in the forums at the templar section. Make sure they have real parses on the test dummy or bloodspawn or from an actual trial boss. They should be pulling mid to high 30k range unbuffed, For trial parses do not look at anything below 50k
