'Animated' Furnishing NOT Animated Fixed?

Currently updating. Hoping that they fixed the furnishings that said animated, but don't animate.
The Dark Brotherhood banner clearly says animated in the description, BUT it doesn't move and is not animated and it just looks like cardboard.
Did post this a while ago but got zero response. Not bumping. So I started a new one.
