WTF???? Stuttering is making the game unplayable.

WTF???? the latest patch makes the game nearly unplayable because of the stuttering. Before the patch it was occasionally, but now I can't turn around without the game lagging.

Dips in game performance may be a symptom of having too many audio devices active in the background. Please remove all game add-ons before performing the following steps:
•From the Start menu, click on Computer and then System properties.
•On the left hand side, select Device Manager, then expand Sound, video and game controllers.
•Right-click and disable each audio driver EXCEPT the primary audio device.
•After each is disabled, close the window and reboot the computer.
•After the reboot, open up the Device Manager to check that all devices remained disabled after restarting.
•Launch the game again to see if there are still dips in performance.

Any devices not currently in use should now be disabled.

Have you tried bringing down your view distance to about 50? What's your view distance at currently?
