Out of all the jewelry this is one that we all forgotten to notice Circlet. It's a funny thing that we have Rings and Necklaces "O" there's also no Amulets too it makes you wonder. So we can have rings and necklaces equipped but no circlet equipped maybe one day.

You can select some to wear when you create a character, with female characters in particular having a good range to choose from. Man that's sort of backwards when you play Oblivion, Morrowind and Skyrim, Circlet are a equipped item to use it's not right for the lore for all Era of Elder Scrolls and put them on the back burner in ESO.Edited by Inhuman003 on March 20, 2017 9:42PM0 -
