Imperial City Dungeons Map Markers Question?

I've completed ICP and WGT on normal and even though in the map of Cyrodiil it shows these locations filled with white they still show up as black if I zoom into the view of the city. Does anyone know why this is the case? I want to make sure I didn't skip any quests. I did complete the quests you receive inside the locations.

Zaindari✭✭Have you actually traveled to the front door of the dungeons? I know you don't have to in the rest of Tamriel, but this might be the case in Cyrodill. I honestly do not know though.0 -
