Thank you! An enlightened soul in a sea of morons. Reading is too much to ask apparently. If ZoS gets more money by placing a few ads on their website, so be it.
The non-fixing and non-mention of certain bugs annoys me as well though, especially that vMA staff bug in groups....
something Like this seems real.

Monster shoulders are still >1% chance RNG. Dungeon drops is still higher in-slot than 9 trait crafting that takes years to be able to make.
But "This patch largely contains a number of fixes for unreleased and future content that is not yet available, including things for future in-game holidays and events, so don’t worry! You’ll see it one day. We are still working on fixes for a number of reported issues including those with the Grouping Tool, issues surrounding Bolt Escape, and more."
2 seasons of crown crates. Homestead houses that cost more than Mass Effect Andromeda. 39.99 EUR for Morrowind which should have been accessible to subscribers.
But "and we've added a section for third party marketing"?
Am I being unreasonable or is this actually okay?

Simple fix... Don't install those advertising add-ons from ESOUI.thatlaurachick wrote: »It seems the community managers (@ZOS_GinaBurano) could have avoided a lot of player outrage by linking or copy-pasta the 3rd party privacy into the patch notes. Yeah. The fact is that when you go to the Bethesda Twitch site to watch a prior video, you get a nice ad that plays before you can watch it. The ad benefits Bethesda. Says so right on the screen. I suspect that their Privacy Policy update is after the fact. Bethesda is nothing if not creative on how to monetize things, and web advertising and visitor profiling is an obvious way to do it.Pixel_Zealot wrote: »So we've been submitting bug reports for months. It's fine. Really, it is. There is a bigger picture here, and it has nothing to do with marketing, ads, or the privacy policy.
The patches have been getting smaller, and that is because more of the fixes are being channeled into Morrowind than Live. This happens before every update, and given the size of Morrowind, I think we are seeing it earlier than normal.
Now we are entering a period of time where only the critical fixes will be put into the patches, and only when they are ready to be put into the patch. Everything else is going into Morrowind.
There will be a Morrowind PTS period of 6-8 weeks prior to the simultaneous release on PC, Mac, and Console. We know that Console approval takes two weeks, so my guess is that they want the bulk of the fixes to be ready by the middle of May so that they can be in the console release. That puts an estimate out there that says that Morrowind will hit PTS no later than the middle of April, and quite likely in the first half of April.
It is very possible that we are within 2 or 3 weeks of Morrowind hitting PTS, a month at the outside. In any case, they are scrambling to get Morrowind ready for PTS right now.
That is why we are not getting a lot of fixes in our patch content.
