So, when I first saw the mages guild skill line, I thought that equilibrium would reduce your health by that that much in order to increase your magicka by the specified amount. when I got to it though, it turned out to be rather disappointing.
So, I suggest changing the morphs to be as such:
Balance: Magicka restored is now equal to the health cost, but costs less health (restores less), no longer adds physical or spell resistance.
Spell Symmetry: Now named "Imbalance", reduces your base health by 25%, while increasing your base magicka by 10%. Now becomes a Toggle.
