ESO Plus not working, have not received crowns, AND billed twice

As the title said, I paid for my eso plus renew today, and it worked for a little while. I got on again just now and it wasn't working, so I hit buy eso plus thinking it would just take me to the management page, but it billed me again. So i've been billed twice for ESO plus and have received 0 crowns. I'd like one of the charges refunded and I would like my crowns delivered.

    Contact Microsoft as you didn't pay ZOS so they cant assist.

    You should also create a ticket for you crowns which Microsoft cannot assist with as that is a ZOS issue.

    Don't get your hopes up. After I got billed again after 18 days before my renewal date, I got mad and unsubscribed. The moment I unsubscribed I lost all my ESO PLUS bonuses including the craft bag...eventhough I've paid for a full month in advance TWICE! Customer support replied to me once asking if I own the gold edition of eso (wtf?) and then never replied back. My wife got billed 2 weeks prior to her renewal date. 1 week passed already and she still didn't get her crowns. ZOS is a joke.
