Problems With Xbox Controller?

I don't know if This goes here, but I play on the PC, and whenever we block, mine, or Block their 'bash' attacks, the controller stops working. Is it the controller? If this isn't the place for this please let me know where. Thank you.

I'm having an issue like this. I use an xbox remote too on pc. When I do anything that requires a two button push, my remote will not activate. So I can't do synergy or ultimate without messing with it a lot. I had to change some control settings so I could use it, but it's a pain. It just started doing this the other day.

Try testing it with a program like xpadder that lets you map the keys to emulate PC key presses. Put LT as mouse button 2 and if it still messes up it's probably the controller. IIRC there's a gamepad testing option for Windows if you check under the Devices tab in Control Panel.
