Integrated Flash appears to be failing a lot with some apps. HTML5 is in wide use everywhere except 'out of date' websites that still use Flash a lot.
Also some Ad blocking, if you consider a lot of people use out of the box settings it might also be stopping non malicious activity
Now i can be wrong, I am all the time. Thinking out loud again.
