Soul Magic increase with Morrowind?

I'm wondering if Soul Magic will increase when Morrowind releases. It is, afterall, new content in expounds upon the original storyline. (Not your normal DLC) I've found it weird that Soul Magic only levels to 6... as opposed to other guild/world abilities leveling to 10...
It would be nice to see new passives/abilities with the Soul Magic skill line. I feel like it's missing two abilities and two passives. Something that could benefit Oblivion's Foe?
Side Note: The same goes for Undaunted. It stops at 9 (and sometimes has a little progress past 9)... my OCD can't take it! Please ZoS- let's get that last level of Undaunted and another passive for it, too!

Want to enjoy the game more? Try both PvP (crybabies) and PvE (carebears). You'll get a better perspective on everyone's opinion.

✭✭Actually on a side note, while soul magic is hardly necessary, new players that pick the game up via morrowind while have no idea of it since there experience will start in morrowind. I highly doubt the prophet is going to show up there for new characters that start via the morrowind beging rather than the original. -

Does it? I'm only 7 myself, but I've seen things that say it goes to rank 10. I have had skill lines bug out and appear to be completed but a re-log fixes it, it sounds like that's the case if you can for some reason get XP past the supposed max.
The TG and DB skill lines however, stop at 12.
