"Unable to Locate Executable" when trying to install launcher

So i bought the game a while back and every time i click on the "Install_ESO" it loads all the way up to 100% and then gives me an error "Unable to Locate Executable". Iv'e opened a ticket but there is barely any response from the game support staff and all the solutions they offered don't work.
