Scoring in vMSA ?

I just now have begun vMSA (a bit late, i know.)

Got a 504k score on my Sorc. That is with 3 deaths and some sigils on 6th and final stage.

Question is; How do i best improve the score? I know i just need to do it quicker with leas death and less sigils.

But what is more important? How much does each sigil cost in points? How much does ie. 2 minutes less on time, add to my score? How much does each death cost in points?

Basically - what is better for a high score; Time or Deaths/Sigils?

    Sigils on each normal round eat 750 points. Ash titan round 1500 and last boss 1500. Deaths 1k each. Timer gets a huge boost of I think for each 5 mins is about 10k when score is under 1hr. So a sub 1hr with flat out no death or sigil is about 520k. ..do it like supernatural in 30 mins it's 600k deathless no sigil.

    Time and deaths are kind of related..

    Usually a death (for me at least) comes at a point where a round is going for a bit already... having to do it all over costs quite a bit of time.

    Thanks for the answers. Those numbers tell me it is better to take a sigil and save time (to avoid death / burn boss quicker to save 2 min) than to play safe at a slow pace.

    I have a huge post on this somewhere on these forums but I can't recall where. Basically the scoring for vMA works like this:

    The only difference with VMA is that "Points + Vitality Bonus" becomes "Points + Vitality Bonus + (750*SigilsNotTaken).

    Basically, each sigil you take is worth about 1.5 minutes of score, so using sigils only worth it if it prevents a death.

    If you'd like to play a bit more, I have a Trials Scoring Calculator on Google Sheets, just go to vMA down the bottom and edit some numbers to see what you would get based upon vitality/time/sigils used.
