On how ZOS servers deal with temporary disconnects

Horrid. Absolutely horrid.

Every time, even if the disconnect is on my end, I disconnect for literally a few seconds, even less, and my entire game freezes for a long time, then I get kicked to the login screen.

This is just a horrible implementation of a disconnection resolution. You can just disconnect just for a second due to your ISP being arse, and the game takes an entire minute trying to figure out what happened, and then kicks you after the long wait, instead of, you know, reestablishing the connection properly.

Then when you log back in, realize that your healers has kept you alive until you actually get logged out of the game instance, you get kicked to the lobby of Hel Ra Citadel, run back to The Warrior still in the middle of the fight, stand outside the locked door just waiting for the fight to be over, then you run in and don't get to loot the body because the way the game decides on who gets to loot the body is also arse.

ZOS owes me a golden jewellery piece. Not that I care, I have the Craglorn vet trials on farm, but ZOS still owes me a golden jewellery piece.

We pay you a fuckton of money. At least direct some percentage of it to fixing your servers and making this game actually playable.
