Yet another broken quest...

The Farmer's Champion - For some strange reason I can't use the drum to challenge the giant, it keeps disappearing when it's touched instead of it being used, thus breaking the quest as it can't be finished. Tried everything I can think of to get it to work, quit/restart of the quest, log in/out, exit the game completely, etc etc etc, nothing works. Submitted a ticket, same generic bullcrap reply you always get, to do things any gamer would try before submitting a ticket.
Just once, I'd like to have a session with this game and not have it f++k up in some way!
