Manors could be villages

Manors are so large. I bought one as a guild hall but feels off.
1. Homes need an NPC vendor. One that can be a store for the owner/guild.
2. Needs NPC banker to guild bank.
3. Needs to be a Dropbox so furniture/housing donations can occur.
4. Would love to have a bulletin board to post "looking for" post, etc.
