Any solid color housing material?

I'm looking for something I can use to make a chroma key, ideally a bright green or blue backdrop. Any suggestions?

Bright blue, hmm you could try the colour given by completing Maw of Lorkhaj on normal difficulty. Abyssal Beryl I believe.
Transliminal violet is aways nice and quite popular too and sometimes takes on a blueish hue

I don't quite understand - do you mean to say you can dye any housing materials a custom color?

If you submerge the unwanted parts of items into a wall you could use the tops of benches or similar.

Khajiit Bench would give you a red to work with.



Or you could use the steel blue colour of something like an Imperial Medallion to make blue (the shape should fit together well).



There's also a Redguard Starry Banner in blue, you'd need to use some tricks to get the posts to not show though.

Could line these Breton Rugs up too and overlap the borders to keep colour a solid blue.

The OP is asking for a chroma key background - what's commonly known as blue screen or green screen. This needs to be a single, solid color that's not likely to appear on whatever you want to put in front of it so you can easily select the whole background in a program like Photoshop (where it will only consider the whole area to be one 'object' if every single pixel is the same colour) and replace it with something else. Like a weather map or space or a giant rampaging monster.

There is nothing like that in ESO, certainly not for housing. All the objects have textures and most of them have patterns. Maybe if you turned the graphics right down to minimum you might be able to minimise that, but you can't turn the graphics down on just one objects - it's everything or nothing.

I think that breton carpet is probably the closest you'll get. It's still patterned and textured but it's relatively minimal compared to other objects, and it's very big and flat (too big for many houses, even medium ones).

Alternatively, depending on what you're wanting to use it for, you could use a house with plain walls/floor or Hunding's and take screenshots on the sand.
