Earthtear Cavern occupancy cap?

What is the occupancy cap on Earthtear cavern? How does it compare to the three superior homes that people are currently considering to be essentially guild halls?

In general, how do the attributes of Earthtear Cavern compare to the "guild halls"?

It's the same as the manors.

Cap is 24 players and 700 furnishings.

The other manors aren't necessarily superior. The problem with Earthtear Cavern is that it lacks interior walls to build upon. It lacks ceilings and level floors.

It takes extra effort and a greater sense of creativity in order to properly decorate it. I know because I've been working on mine 2 days straight. I've bought a lot of boulders and blocks to create more "walls." On the left side I have created a custom blacksmithing furnace and blacksmithing area. I added onto the ruined wall with blocks to hang tapestries, etc.

On the right I built a longer block wall, built anew overhang with vines to make an elaborate kitchen.

I'm currently building a tower inside for the throne room.

Keep in mind that 700 furnishings is with ESO+. I'm not actually sure, but I'm darn sure the double furnishing limit also applies to CS exclusive homes.

Bought it as a guild hall actually. We knew we wanted a manor or CS exclusive just due to them having the largest player cap, and this one won the vote.
