i am not recieving any enlightenment.. why?

I read that enlightenment renews every 24 hours however today I have none and I'm not sure why. Its pretty frustrating since the only indepth explanation on enlightment claims I should get a certain amount every 24 hours, and most other ppl don't understand or get confused by enlightment anyway. I just switched from ps4 to pc and since you guys don't offer, or wont get back to me about possibly porting my characters to pc (we had a fire and I no longer have access to a ps4) I'm having to start all over from scratch. I just want to understand whats going on

It's literally a 24 hr timer, so 24 hrs from the first time you received enlightenment and every 24 thereafter.

It's not a time-of-day type timer like pledge or daily resets. It actually rolls over the same time, but only for you.

I explained it in another thread once (which I cannot locate): Short version of it is think of it as a 12 gallon bucket.

You get a gallon a day, same time each day.

If you drink it/water the flowers, whatever, it's gone until same time tomorrow.

If you don't use it all, that same amount will be there tomorrow. Don't play for >12 days, you'll only have a max of 12 available, as it stops accruing.

Enlightenment is simply a 4x bonus to XP that only applies to CP accrual. (You'll gain CP's faster, you won't level faster)
