Which Sorc?

Mag or Stam for use in PvX. I'm leaning towards mag sorc because they're BiS this patch but looking ahead does anyone have any prediction on where the general trend is headed? Has one been more consistent throughout patches than the other? I'm not an FOTM person, I've faithfully played two stam DKs since I started, one for PvE and one for PvP, because I don't have a ton of time to farm and level for other toons. So I'm looking for long term investment. Also thinking mag because I'd like a ranged character for a change.

Both are very strong if built correctly, but if you fancy something different I'd say magsorc, StamSorc will have a pretty similar set up to StamDK

Roll both. If only one - my opinion is magsorc. It's easily my favorite and most used class. But I have both an altmer magsorc and redguard stamsorc ... no complaints.

Thanks everyone, I think it's gonna be a mag sorc to get a huge variation on playsyle and also because they rule right now.

Before the Homestead buffs, nobody seriously played pet builds. Soloists and RPers did, noobs did, but pets were trash in PvE and PvP and you'd never see them in trials.

Now that they've been buffed and they're finally a viable playstyle, scrubs like to say they're "cancer." Their small minds amuse me.

Go magsorc OP, it is more versatile. The ebb and flow of the nerf and buff hammer will eventually swing back this way, just remember that nothing stays strong forever.

Right im sure the first thing on this guys mind if god forbid he ever gets cancer would be

"Omg i was insensitive about cancer on a gaming forum .... i deserve this"

Its the internet insulting is the name of the game.
