Upon subbing last year, I decided to grab the 180 day membership. I received my crowns as expected. I spent said crowns on Wrothgar, Imperial City, and either thieves guild or dark brotherhood (can't quite remember which, I took a long hiatus). After returning to the game I found that the DLC vanished with the expiration of my subscription even though I bought the DLC with crowns. I've sent in multiple reports in which the response every time is "submit in Item Assistance, right click the item and select the "GET HELP" option. There is no way to do that with the DLC as I stated in the attached screenshot. It was followed up with the exact same thing. How can I fix this? It's been over a week now, and the lack of support is getting really frustrating.
