[RENDERING] Items, PCs and NPCs Don't Always Render

* Handheld crafting items don't always render (picks, hammers, bowl and spoon)
* Weapons have high-chance to stop rendering on round 5 of VMA
* PCs have a high chance of being "in the ground" and not rendering in dungeons and trials (especially if somebody loads into the area later)
* The balls/orbs in the backroom of VMOL often do not render, causing group wipes and unnecessary deaths which are particularly problematic on VMOL HM.
* The tethers on Pad 5 of MOL/VMOL often do not render, casing unnecessary deaths.
* The pad glow for MOL/VMOL on cursed pads often do not render as well, appearing plain (which can lead to people not paying attention to run over them and get cursed)

Your list leaves me with the impression that you are experiencing a hardware problem(s), although the first one might be a software bug. I've experienced the first one occasionally, but not often, and the context is either (a) I also use another feature of the UI while the process of using the item is in progress, or (b) the server sends one or more messages that are displayed on the screen because I've accepted a quest, usually a crafting quest, while using another UI feature or using an item is in progress. There have never been any particular adverse consequences with regard to the interrupted process.

Rendering problems can be caused either by high latency (or by a low frame rate), or by a compatibility issue in the driver for the video graphics card. In trials, especially, the entire group can be wiped as a result of one PC being killed. And that can happen primarily because one or more players have hardware/software or network/display issues.

I would agree with you if not for the fact that a large number of people in our group also experience the same issues. It's not just me when I run who has the same issue.
