In the patch notes for v.1.3.1.0 a long time ago there is a line that says:
"Fixed an issue that could, in rare cases, prevent you from reaching Rank 10 in the Fighters and Mages Guild skill lines."
I had a character with this issue, and as promised when I logged in I had reached fighter's guild 10 and can use Dawnbreaker, all that good stuff. But I just recently noticed that there is an achievement that comes with reaching Fighter's Guild level 10 that I never received and now can no longer get. Is there a way around this? Has anyone found a way to get this achievement?
