Is there any chance you (ZOS) can make sure scrolls are in the right place after a revert for once?

We've all seen it before... when there's a revert in cyro, scrolls mysteriously disappear from the keep they were being held in and magically appear back in their scroll temple. There was just a fix for the bugged Emperorship Alliance Bonus (by the looks of things) on EU/TF/PC that kicked everyone from the server and *poof* when we logged back in the above had happened.
