Here is a story; PS4 NA/AD.

So Grahtwood is basically the central with everything you need right there; including undaunted right outside (I've always used Auridon cause I been AD since release; gotta hold it downnn). I was getting into hardcore endgame and everyone I knew used Grahtwood so I slowly but surely got into using that area. One day there is a guy from the European server who literally plays a stam NB/wood elf that just attacks guards and increases his bounty and dies. Literally OVER AND OVER again until someone resurrects that is all he comes on to do. One day I asked him why, back before game chat was introduced through PS messages. He said that his buddy had made a deal with him in real life, that he couldn't get a million or so bounty(forgot the amount but it was a decent amount) and if he did get the right amount; his friend would pay him 1000k real money. This was around between thieves guild/dark brotherhood or maybe around when Orsinium dropped, he ended up winning the bet actually when I saw him at a later time, he told me so himself lol. So he ends up winning the bet, but it's so odd. This dude still racks up bounties at the same location continuously, not every-time. The last time I saw him was around One Tamriel right before I took a break from eso. I have a feeling he is still there though. When I come back I'll look for this dude and holler. I forgot his psn gamertag but once I see it I'll know, he plays eye of the tiger in area chat sometimes as well lol.. True story! Now for PVP? Finding a bunch of naked khajit EP players running around together...have the video saved.

PS. Maybe you might see him, between the woodworking station/black smith near the middle of the area.
