Annoyingly long loading screens in wrothgar

this happens only in wrothgar when traveling between wayshrines , takes 3-5 min to load , every other single zone loads fine , i've seen many of your patch notes saying " fixed long loading screen " but this has never been fixed , and many players have same issue , we are getting stuck in loading screen while the group kills the daily wrothgar bosses , this is annoying and fix it asap atleast in upcoming patches and the absurd amount of respawn time on prisoners tied to " reeking of foul play " quest makes it worse , fix either the respawn time or let the group get the kill even if a team mate kill them like other daily quests , side objectives.
