Structural items needed in Homestead

Any plans to introduce more structural items to Homestead e.g. stairs, walls, better quality platforms etc. I think its fair to say that many people are constructing their own structures in their homes and even your own coverage of what people have created tends to demonstrate the strong potential for this type of activity in Homestead. So I think it should be supported more by adding a better list of structural components.
Also, shouldn't adding items such as stairs or wall pieces allow better server performance? You have said that item count in houses affects server performance so surely having a single wall or stairs is better than having 100 blocks or planks? To add to that, many of the items required are already resources in game so should be straight forward to add to homestead. People probably don't need anything new just access to more of the resources already available in game.
I could ask people to comment below as to what items they would like to see but what would be really great is a fresh thread from one of you asking the community what items they would like to see added to homestead, now that everyone has had time to play around with it.

✭The housing team did specifically say on ESO Live (about a month ago now I think) that structural components are something they're interested in adding more of in future. I really hope they do, and ideally in the 10 playable racial styles to continue the theme they've started with the rest of the furnishing thus far.

no idea what the item placement system is like on PC but on console its frustrating.

GrafDresche✭✭✭They must be very very busy with Morrowind. Otherwise, I have no explanation why they seem to be so dormant on requests regarding housing.
Some could be easily addressed, like the invisible walls - at least on some buildings - that simply dont make sense, or, for the OP's matter I totally agree with, some simple structural elements like platforms, walls and stairs.
This could be much faster done to great effect than the deeper changes like introducing storage or other new forms of interactivity.
