CC immunity upon letting a CC lapse?
If I remember right, Homestead patch notes actually confirmed the existence of this elusive immunity by specifically mentioning it'd be increased from 5 seconds to 7 to be on par with breakfree cc immunity. It does seem to be the case in PvP environment(when it actually works) but it seems it's been completely removed from PvE? Or is it just literally having 100% bugout rate on me? It's never really been working consistently but I don't think I've seen those pretty white swirls around me once after letting cc lapse since Homestead(in PvE). Also yes, obviously breaking free is a better option but if you run low on stamina it helps to not be chain cc'd like a ping-pong ball between the mobs. It doesn't make sense why we have it in PvP but no PvE. It's super frustrating.
Did I miss a mechanic change somewhere or is it just one of those magically broken things?
