Game repeatedly reseting to default graphics settings

On and off, on this machine it's been completely reseting user agreements, graphics settings and all that lovely stuff every time I log out. It'll be fine for a while, then reset. Anyone have a fix for this?

Do you use voltans adaptive settings or whatever it's called. If so turn that add on off
