Best stamblade race for ep?

So I learned that nord is one of the worst class for stsmblade so that's why I want to switch. I was wondering what's the best race in ep for stamblade?

If you heard it from Deltia yet, he's not entirely correct, that's based on very old info. However no doubt there are much better stamina races and they're not ep races. EP got the back end due to lore based geography lol. Which is why you see a clusterfunk of every race throughout tamriel in EP, I'm guilty of being am EP Breton.

To answer your question, ther aren't good stambalde races in EP, but you can make a Nord work if you're inclined. Take advantage of the stalwart and damage taken reduction passive.

I mean, between Nord, Dunmer and Argonian... Nord and Dunmer have the same bonus to max stamina, so they're equivelant as far as damage goes. Argonian has no boon to stamina damage.
Nord has much more extra beef on their bones in comparison, Dunmer has magicka boons for your support spells and fire resist if you want to go vampire, Argonian has a bit of extra beef and loads of extra sustain in conjunction with potion use + better self healing.


Nord is by no means the worst choice, between these three

If I were dead set on making an EP race NB I would choose Argonian. The resource return from potions in their passives is probably the best amongst the EP races for sustain and the extra healing done/received works for either mag or stam NB (stam will need vigor & or rally for self heals), plus you get a little boost to max health which isnt bad either.

Khajiit is an AD race, not that that matters if you have any race/any alliance. Just assumed you either didn't, or didn't want to use a non-EP race, since you mentioned for EP.
Khajiit is the top stamina dps race for raw PvE damage, though.

Khajiit, Redgaurd= PVE and PVP.

Argonian= Roleplaying future food and boots.

Dude sounds like you bought a recent retailer version of the game that didn't include any race any alliance ( I also did recently for an xtra console in the house ) you mite consider buying the cheap upgrade from the Crown store since they still have shyytyy pay walls in the new retail box.

Well Nord i guess, since its the only stamina focused race in EP, the other bonuses will be really useful defesively, but offensivly they only have max 6% stamina

Dark Elf . If you recently started the game , you will be changing your character and Dark Elf is the best race for doing that . It has a 6% Stamina bonus which will help a Stamina build and 9% Magicka with some elemental damage bonuses . Dark Elves make the best PvE Magicka builds . I started my character as a Stamina Dark Elf DK , converted to Magicka DD , played PvP and PvE with it . Now it is a tank in both PvE and PvP . Dark Elves can do everything . Go with Dark Elf .

I'm a Nord stamblade. He's pretty sweet. I solo lots of dungeons and regularly run 2 man Vet dungeons with him all the time and can finish VMA easily. You can make it work if you want. I've always played as him even before we had the 6% extra stam passive. He's rad!!

In PvP if you don't gank, Nords make good stamblades. For ganking Dunmer is better since you have more magicka to cast magelight, cloak and shadow image.

In PvE, if you want to compete for leaderboard, too bad you will have to go meta. If you don't want to compete for the leaderboard, 5% less dps isn't going to change much, pick whatever you want.

I reckon that Argonian could work wonders on a stamblade. The sustain from potions, the healing done and healing received are all great passives. Sure you'll lack damage, but you'll have great sustain.
Dunmer is kinda out of the picture as its definitely more of a magicka race than a stamina one, but it looks cool and gives some sort of bonus to your damage (6% max stam). But the Fire Resist and other passives are literally useless.
Nord could work... If you try hard. The passives aren't too bad but you'll struggle with resource management for sure.

So my 2 cents is a Lizard.

I am EP and my stamblade is Khajiit. Same is with my sSorc for PvE, and my PvP one is Orsimer. On the other hand, my mNBs are Dunmer and Saxhleel.

I run a Nord Stamina Nightblade in PVP and PvE.

Many salty banana Altmer have died in the process. Nothing, and I mean nothing is more satisfying than Nord Dancing over a dead Altmer in Cyrodiil.

And this is really bad... In other TES games argonians had a lot bonuses to stamina related stuff.. sneak, lock-pick etc.
In eso their passives totally ignore how argonians are depicted in lore. When eso originally launched, argonians at lest had one role they were best at - healers... But now.. (because of soft-caps changes) altmers / bretons seems to be better healers, because of their bonus to magicka (more magicka = more healing).

Argonians are versatile, they are solid in PvP for both mag and stam builds (bonuses to pots and healing are invaluable in PvP).

That's not true doing the Redguard dance as a male character way more satisfying.After killing the weak Nords and Altmers as a Redguard the true warrior race of nirn.
